Adding the ability to "favorite" a grant.

Especially useful when you want to fill out an application for a grant, but you're not ready to do that yet. In this case, you would want to keep track of the grant in your "Favorites" or "My Work", even though you haven't yet started the application -- so that when you're ready to start the application, it's easy to find!
